- Bill Donegan was born and raised
in New Orleans, Louisiana and graduated from the University of Southeastern
Louisiana with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- He has received his Certified
Florida Appraiser (CFA) designation in 2002 by successfully completing his
coursework, from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
In addition, each year he has completed 30 hours of continuing education
certified by the Florida Department of Revenue.
- He is a graduate of the Senior
Executives in State and Local Government Program at Harvard University's John
F. Kennedy School of Government. He was honorably discharged from the U. S.
Army as a First Lieutenant.
- Bill is married to Helen for 32
years - their daughter Kristina, is a graduate of the University of Central
Florida.
